What you will do

• Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key hotel accounts in assigned regions.
• Optimize partner inventory, content, and availability to maximize customer conversion rates.
• Deliver consulting services to hotel partners to ensure portfolio competitiveness.
• Secure additional inventory for high-demand periods and promotional offers for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market data to develop actionable recommendations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to test and implement new technological tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent industry background.
• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or customer-centric role.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Knowledge of yield and revenue management practices.
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and Channel Managers.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline workflows.
