What you will do
- Own the GSI strategy across EMEA, including partner prioritization, engagement models, and KPI development.
- Recruit and onboard strategic services partners to build consulting and implementation practices around the platform.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell execution to generate partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Develop scalable resources such as solution playbooks, implementation frameworks, and commercial enablement programs.
- Lead strategic pursuits involving Tier-1 GSIs to unblock complex enterprise deals and facilitate multi-party collaboration.
- Act as the internal voice of the partner to influence product positioning and overall go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales within fast-scaling SaaS companies.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with services partners (GSIs) in a revenue-focused role.
- Proven track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and managing enterprise deals in the €100K–€500K+ range.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integration technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows.
- English proficiency required; authorization to work in the relevant country is mandatory (visa sponsorship available for Germany only).
- Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

- Fluency in German, Spanish, or French.
