APAC Digital Marketing Manager (SaaS): Leading digital marketing strategy and performance execution across APAC markets with an accent on demand generation and pipeline growth. Focus on utilizing AI-first workflows to optimize performance channels, managing local platforms like Yahoo and Naver, and driving high-converting regional marketing initiatives.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney or Tokyo offices with a mandatory hybrid schedule (in-office Mon/Tue/Thu).

What you will do

  • Define and execute APAC digital marketing strategies to drive qualified pipeline across priority markets.
  • Manage performance marketing channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo (Japan), and Naver (Korea).
  • Operationalize AI tools to accelerate creative iteration, localization, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align APAC requirements with overall performance marketing budgets and launches.
  • Lead regional website initiatives and email nurture campaigns to improve conversion and regional demand.
  • Synthesize regional insights and demand generation data to provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B digital demand generation within the APAC region.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing channels and lifecycle levers like email nurturing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, and Customer.io.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese (native or professional) and professional business English.
  • Experience managing agency or freelance partners for local channel execution.
  • Ability to optimize landing pages and conversion flows with a strong focus on CRO.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with Sales teams on pipeline target alignment.
  • Background in running multi-country experimentation programs and testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrable examples of AI application in digital marketing workflows.
