What you will do

• Maintain operational frameworks for high-velocity experimentation across product and marketing funnels
• Build and manage dashboards tracking core PLG metrics like acquisition, activation, and conversion
• Ensure experiments are properly instrumented with clear event tracking and success metrics
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to turn user insights into prioritized growth roadmaps
• Manage integrations and workflows across the growth tooling stack including Amplitude and HubSpot
• Identify and resolve drop-off points in user journeys to optimize retention and feature adoption

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Growth Operations, Product Analytics, or similar growth-focused roles in a PLG SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Deep understanding of PLG funnel mechanics including acquisition, activation, and conversion
• Experience operationalizing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Strong analytical ability to identify data inconsistencies and translate insights into action
• Must be located in France, Italy, UK, Spain, Germany, Ireland, or Portugal

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation tools such as GrowthBook or Optimizely
• Familiarity with RevOps processes and revenue systems
• Exposure to AI-driven workflows in growth analytics
