What you will do

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for global HR Admin and Payroll teams.
• Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define and monitor employee lifecycle processes.
• Drive data quality initiatives to maintain accuracy within the HRIS.
• Develop comprehensive reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of new processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or labor relations.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in HR Operations.
• Advanced proficiency with HR systems, processes, and data management tools.
• Fluent English required for communication across global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in research and reporting.
• Must possess legal right to work in the role location or country of residence as no visa sponsorship is available.
