What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for global HR Admin and Payroll teams.
- Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define and monitor employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive data quality initiatives to maintain accuracy within the HRIS.
- Develop comprehensive reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or labor relations.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in HR Operations.
- Advanced proficiency with HR systems, processes, and data management tools.
- Fluent English required for communication across global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in research and reporting.
- Must possess legal right to work in the role location or country of residence as no visa sponsorship is available.
