Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions (HR): Manages employee exits for hirify.global's external employees with a focus on legal compliance, excellent quality, and customer service. Provides first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources. Focus on process improvements and initiatives in line with hirify.global's strategic goals.

Location: LATAM

Salary: $46,500 — $117,750 USD annually

What you will do

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters, including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultation meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • Act as a point of informal escalation, providing expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Actively identify opportunities and drive process improvements, automation, product development, and overall customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance in EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Business level proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite and Zendesk, and the ability to collaborate asynchronously and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, hirify.global, and international environment. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
