What you will do
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (prospecting → closing → onboarding)
- Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HRDs, and TA leaders
- Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise clients in HK
- Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment firms, HR partners, and ecosystem players
- Share market insights that shape Moka’s regional strategy
- Help build, and eventually lead, the HKMT sales team
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise Software
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition is a strong plus
- Strategic, consultative selling style
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Builder mindset — comfortable creating something from scratch
