What you will do

  • Own strategic enterprise accounts and develop comprehensive account plans to secure large deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Proactively generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration.
  • Navigate complex organizations to build senior champions and negotiate major deals.
  • Maintain high data quality in CRM for accurate forecasting and sales process improvement.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China with hybrid work format.
  • Native Chinese speaker with English proficiency at C1/C2 level for business communication.
  • Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record in developing new territories and landing net-new enterprise clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior and C-level executives.
  • Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR and Learning & Development teams.
  • Background in learning, e-learning, HR software, or well-being industries.
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups and remote/distributed teams.
