TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Sales): Developing and closing business with new and existing Enterprise segment customers, focusing on the largest and most strategic named accounts in the assigned territory. Focus on executing account plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and building strong relationships with executives.

Location: Hybrid work in Melbourne, Victoria

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets in the Enterprise market segment.
  • Grow pipeline by teaming with Inside Sales, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance Partner sales teams.
  • Perform direct customer-facing enterprise sales activities with Channel and Alliance Partners.
  • Build strong relationships with executives and articulates hirify.global’s solution and business value.
  • Find, assess, and prioritize existing and future opportunities with customers and partners.
  • Engage with strategic Alliance Partners to drive mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least five (5) years Enterprise sales experience, selling software directly and through channel and alliance partners.
  • Experience in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate domain knowledge with a deep understanding of the Enterprise space.
  • Proven ability to develop new sales with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
