What you will do

  • Manage key enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to understand client goals and align hirify.global's offerings with their challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Partner Ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing complex deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry, including Linux, Hybrid Cloud, and Container Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills for presenting complex solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari for pipeline management.
  • Analytical mindset to identify market trends and apply them to sales strategies.
