What you will do
- Manage key enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to understand client goals and align 's offerings with their challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Partner Ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing complex deals.
- Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management with a history of meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry, including Linux, Hybrid Cloud, and Container Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills for presenting complex solutions.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari for pipeline management.
- Analytical mindset to identify market trends and apply them to sales strategies.
