- Motivate partners to upsell and cross-sell services to their existing customer bases.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for managed partners throughout their lifecycle.
- Orchestrate internal resources including presales and technical support to drive partner growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software channel sales, partner management, or channel development.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Proven background in a cybersecurity company with knowledge of industry protocols.
- Strong understanding of the cloud market and channel business models.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-level partner relationships.
- Must be located in Australia.
