What you will do
- Develop and execute a growth plan to increase hirify.global’s footprint in the ANZ Microsoft Azure Enterprise customer base.
- Build and manage relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders and cloud-first resellers.
- Drive new business acquisition and identify opportunities for migrating existing customer workloads to the cloud.
- Collaborate with internal field sales teams to create engagement plans and streamline joint selling efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity qualification, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales acquisition, specifically within cloud services or annuity-based technology products.
- Proven track record in joint GTM efforts and selling through or with partners.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure modernization, DevOps, and datacenter solutions.
- Effective territory and account management skills including pipeline management and opportunity creation.
- Excellent collaborative skills and openness to direct feedback.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft organization.
