What you will do
- Build strong relationships with partners through regular video calls to create engagement and provide product updates.
- Provide after-sales support to help partners retain their customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams on partner needs and improvements.
- Onboard and train new LATAM partners via video call and e-mail.
- Help partners implement hirify.global for their clients, ensuring a customized experience.
- Understand partner problems and needs to gather feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Proactivity, fast learning, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good sense of analysis to translate market specificities into actionable information for the product team.
- Growth mentality to share ideas and contribute to the product.
- Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner, Consultant, Account Manager, or in Payroll is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
