What you will do

• Define and execute relationship strategies to ensure client loyalty and revenue growth.
• Engage quarterly with client executives to assess strategic business needs and align human capital opportunities.
• Perform thorough industry and trend analysis to diagnose client strengths and weaknesses.
• Consult with client executives to sell and implement customized HR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to facilitate the delivery of high-impact service plans.
• Manage projects and meetings to ensure client expectations are met and business objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (Master’s degree preferred).
• Seven to ten years of related professional experience.
• Must have experience managing relationships with senior leaders in a corporate/small business environment.
• Must be able to apply financial, industry, and market trends to client situations.
• Demonstrated experience managing in a multi-account or matrix environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
