Focus on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives, while ensuring client satisfaction and staying updated on hirify.global products and developments.

Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week.

Salary: $142,000-$214,000 annually (Zone A - CA, WA, NYC), $135,000-$203,000 annually (Zone B), $121,000-$182,000 annually (Zone C)

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities to drive revenue for Snap.
• Offer strategic media solutions to clients and partner agencies.
• Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop work plans and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data.
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and recommend performance enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
• Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Strong track record of engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
• Deep knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
