Salary: $245,000 - $265,000 OTE (base + commission)

What you will do

  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed team sales quotas and accurately forecast targets
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Account Management teams to align resources and workflows
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a world-class sales team in the US
  • Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive performance and training
  • Contribute to overall US and global sales strategy and reporting
  • Leverage marketing and demand generation resources to optimize lead funnel

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Boston, Massachusetts, United States
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in B2B technology or SaaS companies
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Track record of scaling sales teams and organizational culture
  • Persistence, resilience, and ability to engage personally with team members
  • English language proficiency (official office language)
