What you will do
- Proactively manage relationships with advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- Construct and execute joint business plans with top enterprise clients.
- Educate new clients on the hirify.global ads platform and identify unique advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to deliver on client marketing objectives.
- Act as a hirify.global evangelist and thought leader at industry events.
- Share product and industry expertise to mentor and train team members.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital media, with 3-5+ years in sales.
- Must be based in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle.
- Proven experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
- Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
- Experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
- Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.

- Experience in Consumer Tech or Retail client sectors.
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
