TL;DR

Account Manager, Gaming (Adtech): Growing advertising revenue by providing account optimisation guidance to strategic advertising clients from Gaming and Apps category with an accent on Snap’s new and existing products, best practices, bespoke campaign optimisations, and product beta participation. Focus on diving deep into campaign performance data, guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance and seasonality trends, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.

Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Provide account optimisation guidance to strategic advertising clients from Gaming and Apps category.
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, advising on best practices and campaign optimisations.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide operational support for partners, including managing ad rejections and trafficking ads.
  • Partner with the Global Partnerships Lead to streamline sales partner operations and increase advertiser awareness.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the digital media industry, focusing on app performance, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, with experience analysing datasets and delivering insights.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and French

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape of App gaming and Real Money gaming market.
  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
  • Ability to summarise insights and best practices and share them with partners and customers.
  • Experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners.
  • Ability to perform well in dynamic environments.
