What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Public Sector.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders and union representatives.
• Analyze consumption data to present business reviews and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure successful onboarding and drive high product adoption across client organizations.
• Proactively address dissatisfaction signals and implement effective solutions.
• Negotiate contract renewals while maintaining profitability and high customer value.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically dealing with C-level executives.
• Experience within the public sector space and large-scale organizational management.
• Fluency in both English and French (oral and written).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data to clients.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and positive lobbying.
• Current residency in or willingness to relocate to Paris.
