What you will do
- Lead and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Educate brands and agencies on Snap’s products and advise on best practices.
- Help onboard new account managers and specialists.
- Partner with account executives and creative strategists to develop digital campaigns on hirify.global.
- Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance.
- 5+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analyzing datasets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers and brand marketers.
- Track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
- A passion for hirify.global and solid knowledge of Snap's ad products.
