Location: Must be based in New York or San Francisco and will work in person from the office 1-2 days per week.
Salary: $135,100 - $189,200 USD

What you will do
- Partner with Client Partners & Client Account Managers to provide expert support to App Advertisers.
- Collaborate on Enterprise-level business, identifying and achieving client expectations via ownership of optimizations, campaign set up & expert execution of campaign launches & on-going management.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about in-depth product functionalities, roadmap developments, ad platform intricacies, optimization strategies, and campaign performance.
- Consult clients on their app ads objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans.
- Strategically identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth.
- Mentor and train other enterprise team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management with specialization in App Advertising & Performance Marketing.
- In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions, tracking partners (including MMPs), the performance marketing landscape and their interdependencies.
- Experience optimizing toward strict DR-focused KPIs, as well as knowledge of holistic media planning to support brand awareness and performance campaigns in tandem.
- Expert in the App Ads space - understanding the ecosystem of performance marketing, familiarity with advanced technical setups to achieve ROI focused metrics.
- Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
