TL;DR

Client Account Executive (B2C Services): Growing and retaining a book of mid-market advertisers in the B2C services segment with an accent on strategic client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling. Focus on driving advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through understanding of market trends, performance data, and industry context.

Location: Required to work in person from our New York office 1–2 days per week.

Salary: $114,700 - $160,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation and performance analysis.
  • Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends and performance data.
  • Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve clients’ advertising objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with a strong ability to craft and present narratives that drive action.
  • Highly analytical; comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
