Location: Required to be based in New York or San Francisco and will work in person from the office 1-2 days per week.

Salary: $135,100 - $189,200 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Client Partners & Client Account Managers to provide expert support to App Advertisers.
• Collaborate on Enterprise-level business, achieving client expectations through campaign optimizations and expert execution.
• Identify attribution methods, negotiate performance KPIs, and build evergreen strategies for hirify.global’s App Ads solution.
• Communicate in-depth product functionalities, roadmap developments, and optimization strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Consult clients on their app ads objectives and craft thoughtful media plans.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive the execution of app solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management with specialization in App Advertising & Performance Marketing.
• In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions, tracking partners, and the performance marketing landscape.
• Experience optimizing toward strict DR-focused KPIs and knowledge of holistic media planning.
• Expert in the App Ads space with familiarity with advanced technical setups to achieve ROI focused metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
