What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify fraud trends and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor performance dashboards to look for anomalies and investigate high-risk alerts.
• Produce analytical reports that provide actionable insights on fraud patterns.
• Identify ideas for new Machine Learning features or rules and collaborate with Data Science teams to improve model performance.
• Keep up to date on the latest fraud trends.

Requirements

• Proven ability to make decisions with limited and conflicting information.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with advanced judgment capability.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while working independently.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with data analytics & end user software such as Looker or SQL.
• Proficiency in G-suite (Doc, Sheets, Slides) /Microsoft Office (Excel).
• English: Fluent

Nice to have

• Working towards or completed a degree in Business Technology, Business Analytics, Financial Technology, Data Science / or have equivalent working experience within the risk/fraud space.
• Some fraud prevention or payments space experience.
