Specialist, Global Fintech Fraud Prevention (Fintech): Monitoring relevant Fraud KPIs on a daily basis and conducting analysis on spotted abnormalities with an accent on collaboration with Data Analytics Team. Focus on recommending scalable processes for changing transaction patterns and proposing changes to improve fraud KPIs, procedures & process flows.

Location: Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Monitor relevant Fraud KPIs on a daily basis and conduct analysis on spotted abnormalities (incl. collaboration with Data Analytics Team).
• Use insights to apply changes to our automated system to keep our fraud prevention up-to-date.
• Develop a strong understanding of the main fraud KPIs / processes / tools across all hirify.global platforms.
• Become a trusted expert for fraud related issues across internal functions and external partners.
• Recommend scalable processes for changing transaction patterns.
• Propose changes to improve fraud KPIs, procedures & process flows.

Requirements

• Professional experience working in fraud prevention and managing a fraud prevention system (ideally for a high transaction volume e-commerce or financial business).
• Experience in processing data coming from various different sources and proficient at translating data into actionable insights.
• Data querying skills with SQL or BigQuery is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience with working towards business related KPIs and OKRs.
• Self-starter with an ability to work with cross-functional teams around the world and deal with complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English with clear and structured communication skills
