Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and solutions for top advertising clients on hirify.global.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with senior partners across top clients and their agencies.
• Influence, educate, and inspire clients and agencies to think differently about hirify.global.
• Provide feedback on campaign design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new scalable client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details.
• Understanding of mobile marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms.
• Experience building innovative creative experiences and developing impact-driving strategies.

Nice to have

• Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in digital and offline mediums.
• Experience working in Google Suite products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe Suite, and Keynote.
