What you will do

• Plan and execute 360 campaigns to create cohesive and engaging customer experiences.
• Set up and monitor communications, oversee the creation and delivery of newsletters, push notifications, and other weekly and daily communications.
• Communicate the value of Picnic’s features and product range to inspire and inform customers.
• Perform experiments to optimize communication strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Set up and execute targeted sales pushes to drive extra demand and meet business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communication Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• Great at multitasking and keeping cool under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker and a data lover.
• Fluently in both Dutch and English.
• Confident working in Excel and comfortable making decisions based on large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Selligent or Braze is a big plus.
