TL;DR

Marketing Manager (Industrial AI): Driving global pipeline growth and go-to-market strategies for industrial IoT solutions with an accent on AI-driven marketing orchestration. Focus on executing high-impact campaigns, developing content, and partnering with commercial teams to scale operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Leiden, Netherlands

hirify.global uses advanced electrical signature analysis and AI to monitor industrial equipment and detect failures in motors and pumps.

What you will do

Generate pipeline through targeted lead generation and campaign management.
Collaborate with global accounts and partnerships teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
Create high-quality written content, including customer success stories and thought leadership assets.
Lead AI-driven marketing orchestration to scale workflows and campaign execution.
Develop market propositions for new regions and industrial verticals.
Support industry events from pre-event communications to onsite execution.

Requirements

5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, industrial, or professional services.
Strong writing skills with experience across multiple formats and channels.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and solutions.
Solid understanding of digital and performance marketing channels.
Proven track record of working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
Ability to operate with a builder mindset in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Nice to have

Events management experience.
Domain expertise in utilities, heavy industry, oil & gas, chemicals, or steel sectors.
