What you will do
- Define and own the overarching Facebook organic growth strategy across all international markets.
- Translate business objectives into measurable OKRs and initiatives.

- Act as the central point of contact for Facebook-related guidelines, best practices, and platform troubleshooting.
- Facilitate cross-market meetings to share performance insights, platform updates, and strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend new platform innovations and tools to enhance channel performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in driving organic reach on Facebook.
- Strong analytical proficiency including Google Analytics, Excel, and Lookerstudio.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix structure.
- Proactive and hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with professional English proficiency.
- Must be based in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, the UK, Poland, or the US.
