What you will do
- Develop and execute end-to-end DTC GTM strategies, including objectives, audience targeting, and messaging.
- Orchestrate campaign execution across email and website, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities.
- Define test-and-learn agendas in partnership with experimentation teams to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, digital innovation, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, define KPIs, and lead post-mortem reviews to drive future results.
- Manage operational tasks including landing page creation, email calendar oversight, and asset briefing.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in DTC/eCommerce trading, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency with GA4, email platforms (Klaviyo), and CMS tools like Sanity.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and analyze performance metrics.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with Shopify platform ecosystem.
