TL;DR

Manager, SMC Client Partner (Adtech): Managing a team of Client Partners, responsible for the growth of key accounts at Snap, and informing client teams on trends. Focus on driving growth of the business through strategic opportunities and KPI-driven measurement strategies.

Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week.

Salary: $229,000-$343,000 annually (Zone A - CA, WA, NYC).

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Client Partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies.
  • Translate broad vertical trends into strategic opportunities to drive growth.
  • Assist sales leadership with determining quotas and account lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales in the digital media space.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Nice to have

  • Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies.
