What you will do

• Lead and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Educate brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products.
• Develop innovative digital campaigns on hirify.global with measurable ROI.
• Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve results and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities.
• Develop best-in-class case studies.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience taking complex data and creating data stories to drive campaign performance.
• Experience working with clients to understand brand strategy and perform in-depth data analysis.
• Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing datasets.
• Understanding of advertising performance metrics and media management in a biddable auction advertising environment.

• Track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
