What you will do
- Manage the Research Intelligence (RI) portfolio across the Middle East and Central Asia.
- Own and drive renewals and upsell opportunities, including multi-year contracts.
- Partner closely with Senior Account Managers to grow revenue and expand accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, CSMs, Product, and Operations for renewal execution.
- Review and negotiate contract terms while maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote the wider hirify.global RI portfolio.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or renewal-focused role
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, contracts, and sales operations
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Proven self-starter with experience managing complex renewals
