What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of merchants for DCC (sell-in and sell-out).
- Monitor and improve the DCC Hit Rate for your assigned portfolio.
- Develop and nurture relationships with counterparts within acquirer teams.
- Assist the sales team in all tasks related to DCC operations.
- Produce and analyze weekly sales reports to track portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fintech or payments sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret sales reports.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with external partners.
- Must be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Proficiency in English.
