What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of merchants for DCC (sell-in and sell-out).
• Monitor and improve the DCC Hit Rate for your assigned portfolio.
• Develop and nurture relationships with counterparts within acquirer teams.
• Assist the sales team in all tasks related to DCC operations.
• Produce and analyze weekly sales reports to track portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fintech or payments sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret sales reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with external partners.
• Must be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Proficiency in English.
