What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to ensure revenue growth and retention.
- Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and overall account health.
- Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management.
- Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
