What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to ensure revenue growth and retention.
  • Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and overall account health.
  • Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management.
  • Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
