TL;DR

Professional Inside Sales: Managing sales orders efficiently and serving as the primary customer contact with an accent on order processing, issue resolution, and support to sales teams. Focus on monitoring account activity, understanding vendor product lines, and ensuring timely processing and resolution of deal backlogs.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 TC (CAD) per year.

What you will do

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders, meeting delivery deadlines.
• Create quotes for customers and forward necessary information.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage escalation issues.
• Support Sales teams (inside/outside) within hirify.global.
• Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor overall account activity for assigned vendors and learn their product lines.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of strong customer service experience, preferably in channel sales, reseller partnerships, or IT distribution.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in English and French.
