TL;DR

Co-Op (Sales): Supporting the Canadian Field Sales teams by analyzing sales operations, developing pipelines, and managing CRM data with an accent on identifying contact information and conducting account research. Focus on creating personalized outreach campaigns and providing administrative support for sales team members.

Location: Thornhill, Canada. Most work will be conducted virtually from the intern’s remote work location; however, on occasion some may be in Extreme’s Thornhill office.

Salary: 30-34 CAD per hour

What you will do

  • Assist in the analysis and documentation of current sales operations.
  • Identify contact information for accounts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using tools like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
  • Ensure all data is accurately captured and updated in Salesforce.
  • Conduct deep-dive research on "Tier A" accounts to understand their needs and how AI can be applied to their business.
  • Create and manage personalized email campaigns and outreach to potential clients.
  • Provide support for various company events.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Marketing, Professional Selling, or a related field. Ideally in their 3rd or 4th year, with a graduation date of 2027 or later.
  • Must be a self-starter, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in both English and French a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Advanced Excel skills are helpful.
