TL;DR

Global Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing relationships with the largest global customers in North America with an accent on developing sales strategies and expanding partnerships. Focus on establishing senior-level relationships and driving new business and retention activity.

Location: You may work from a remote home office location anywhere in Canada

Salary: $96,300.00 - $146,150.00 CAD. This role is eligible for Commission.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain knowledge of the customers' global goals and objectives.
  • Formulate and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with a focus on tax and accounting or related solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a global market.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and varying business practices.
