What you will do

• Stay ahead of social shifts and platform trends to ensure innovative and effective influencer strategies.
• Ensure all influencer activity aligns with strategic direction, acting as the guardian between strategy, creative, and influencer activity.
• Analyze influencer campaign effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, optimizing for deeper engagement and long-term brand affinity.
• Advise clients on influencer strategies, cultural positioning, and emerging social behaviors.
• Experiment with new content formats, influencer collaborations, and storytelling techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Share insights on influencer culture and how brands can show up in an authentic way.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or cultural consultancy within an agency or brand.
• Strong grasp of internet culture, Gen Z behaviors, and emerging subcultures.
• Ability to develop insight-led, impactful, and culturally relevant influencer strategies.
• Experience working closely with influencers, creators, and cultural voices to craft meaningful partnerships.
• Ability to use audience insights and campaign performance data to refine strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to translate cultural insights into brand opportunities.
