What you will do
- Build and deliver an influencer roadmap tailored to TikTok’s creator ecosystem.
- Manage creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and long-term relationship development.
- Oversee campaign workflows from outreach and activation through to analysis and optimisation.
- Scale TikTok Shop revenue through structured affiliate and creator programs.
- Guide experimentation into new niches, formats, and emerging communities to maximise ROI.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience running TikTok campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of creator marketplaces, affiliate tools, and social-commerce operations.
- Proven track record managing campaigns end-to-end within ecommerce or consumer goods.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to mentor a small, fast-moving team.
- Competency in light-touch video editing tools such as TikTok, CapCut, or InShot.
