Salary: $128,000 base + bonus (Target Total Compensation: $147,200+) for US-based roles; £87,500 base + bonus (Target Total Compensation: £100,625) for UK-based roles.

What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and measurement of surrogate and influencer partnership campaigns.
- Identify, vet, and cultivate long-term relationships with creators, podcasters, and public figures.
- Develop creative briefs and align influencer content with the organization's voice and mission.
- Define and track key performance indicators, including reach, engagement, and donation attribution.
- Manage and coach a team consisting of a Surrogates Manager and a Surrogates Associate.
- Stay current on creator economy trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnership development.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact campaigns with creators or public intellectuals.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build authentic, peer-level relationships with influencers.
- Strong operational rigor and ability to function autonomously in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to overlap at least 2 hours with East Africa Time working hours.
