What you will do
- Lead and scale the influencer marketing practice, managing resource planning, workflows, and service delivery.
- Drive commercial growth by developing pitches, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client accounts.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee complex end-to-end influencer strategies from negotiation and contracting to campaign execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate data analytics and AI tools for creator selection and campaign optimization.
- Advise senior clients on industry trends, best practices, and influencer marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of scaling operations.
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, budget oversight, and new business development.
- Expert negotiation skills across all influencer tiers, from micro-creators to celebrity talent.
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of influencer platforms, FTC/ASA compliance, and rights management.
