What you will do

• Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
• Assist in building and maintaining content calendars.
• Pull together regular performance reports and highlight key findings to support optimisation.
• Manage day-to-day communication with the client team.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to agency processes.

Requirements

• Solutions-focused, proactive, and strategic in approach.
• Hands-on experience across major social platforms.
• Demonstrates deep, up-to-date knowledge of popular culture, platform trends, and social media updates.
• Confident managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrates strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
