What you will do

• Lead day-to-day paid social operations and campaign management across multiple verticals.
• Take full ownership of client accounts as a lead within the first two months.
• Develop and conduct frequent testing for campaigns to optimize performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with channel teams to integrate paid media strategies with client goals.
• Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls to communicate plans and results to clients.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and share knowledge to improve internal team workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in day-to-day management of paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven ability to manage monthly ad budgets of at least 6 figures.
• Strong expertise in B2C ecommerce and direct response marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS).
• Working knowledge of Google campaigns and product feed components.
• Experience running campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, or Twitter.
