What you will do

• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Create social strategies for client portfolios and present performance results with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media owners and service providers.
• Manage junior team members, ensuring workloads are monitored and deadlines are met.
• Ensure financial accuracy in social buying and reconciliation of spends.
• Support the QA process to minimize errors and ensure adherence to process.

Requirements

• Passionate about social activation and driving continued excellence.
• Confidence in using Snap, TikTok, Meta & Other Social Platforms.
• Ability to translate technical points to non-technical audiences.
• Analytically minded with aptitude for handling large data sets.
• Ability to develop and execute testing roadmaps in the social space.
• Excellent communication skills for building client and supplier relationships.
