Salary: $130,100 — $187,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for core recruiting tools, including Greenhouse and integrated technology stacks.
  • Oversee administration, optimization, and potential migration of the ATS to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Audit systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and streamline operations.
  • Partner with internal AI and People Tech teams to architect intelligent recruiting workflows and knowledge systems.
  • Establish working cadences with cross-functional stakeholders to align systems with business requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent systems, or related infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring and optimizing modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
  • Experience leading ATS implementations or complex system integrations.
  • Strong analytical ability to improve data integrity, reporting, and operational visibility.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, or Security teams.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or internal documentation platforms.
  • Background in high-growth or scaling technology companies.
