What you will do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for core recruiting tools, including Greenhouse and integrated technology stacks.
- Oversee administration, optimization, and potential migration of the ATS to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Audit systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and streamline operations.
- Partner with internal AI and People Tech teams to architect intelligent recruiting workflows and knowledge systems.
- Establish working cadences with cross-functional stakeholders to align systems with business requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent systems, or related infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
- Experience leading ATS implementations or complex system integrations.
- Strong analytical ability to improve data integrity, reporting, and operational visibility.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, or Security teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems.
- Experience with LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or internal documentation platforms.
- Background in high-growth or scaling technology companies.
