TL;DR
Talent Operations Specialist: Optimizing the global Talent Acquisition function, improving systems, processes, reporting, and recruiter enablement. Focus on building scalable recruiting infrastructure and driving key TA initiatives, ensuring efficiency and data-driven hiring.
Location: Must work hybrid in our Addison, TX office location. Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices will follow our hybrid work model.

What you will do
- Optimize the ATS (Ashby) to ensure accurate workflows, data integrity, and workflow efficiencies.
- Manage and optimize BrightHire and other recruiting technologies to improve interview quality and hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiter efficiency and hiring velocity.
- Drive project management for key TA initiatives (e.g., high-volume hiring sprints, employer branding initiatives, AI tool adoption and automation).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or People Analytics in a high-growth startup or scaling technology company.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
- Experience implementing or managing BrightHire or similar interview intelligence platforms.
- Strong expertise in recruiting analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience scaling processes during rapid growth phases (Series B, C, or similar environments preferred).
- Must work hybrid in our Addison, TX office location
