TL;DR

Salary: €40,000 - €80,000

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers in the French market.
  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy for the French market, aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing reseller and distribution network in France.
  • Oversee regular partner interactions to drive performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, or SaaS, with initial leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong communicator and able to build trust quickly with partners and internally.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and driving team targets.
  • Native French speaker and fluent in English.
  • Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate).

Nice to have

  • Experience leading partnerships, channel sales, or reseller teams.
  • Experience working with distribution partners.
  • Knowledge of HR tech / SaaS / Payroll environments.
  • Strong background in full-cycle B2B sales.
  • Experience working with SMBs in the French market.
