What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT engineers across multiple time zones.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the annual IT roadmap, identifying technical debt and AI opportunities.
• Oversee the configuration, administration, and security of core stack, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Google Workspace (GWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Slack, and Zoom, etc.
• Champion an "Automation-First" philosophy, proactively identifying manual bottlenecks and leading the team to build AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the global domain portfolio and public/private DNS records.
• Participate in on-call rotation during high priority incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing a multi-regional IT team.
• 5+ years of hands-on administration in Microsoft Entra and Intune.
• 2+ years managing Google Workspace architecture, sharing permissions, and the integration of AI tools.
• 1+ years managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including project resource management, and API configurations to support AI deployment.
• 3+ years managing M365 Email and global DNS/domain security.
• Must be based in the United States.
