Salary: $145,000–$170,000 (includes base and commission)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key A&E specifiers and integration partners.
  • Manage and support relationships with distribution branches to drive product usage.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and activity reporting through Salesforce.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and associations to promote brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the broader Canadian team to transfer knowledge and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to articulate complex security solutions.
  • Excellent public speaking and strategic thinking skills.
  • Must be located in Canada (Vancouver, GTA, or Montreal).
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
